When, in 1993, Meredith picked up long-established East Coast roots and headed for Santa Fe,
it was with a sense of excitement that marked thestart of a new adventure.
"I didn't know anyone when I arrived. It was scary at first, but when I caught my first glimpse of
the Sangre de Cristo's at dusk, I knew I was home."
In a market bursting at the seams with real estate professionals, Meredith views her New
York experience as an advantage.
"Even today, I strive to see things with a fresh eye and to understand the concerns of people
who may be contemplating relocating to Santa Fe from far-flung places. Their concerns were
similar to mine not that long ago. If I can make the transition exciting and smooth for someone
through the sharing of my knowledge and experiences, that's a great feeling!
"I take great pride in the number of working relationships that have developed into friendships - something
I attribute to service, diligence and a good sense of humor."
Meredith was born in New York City, grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey and is a graduate of Boston
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Prior to moving to the southwest, she was
professionally employed in both the art and fashion industries in "The Big Apple."

Janet chose Santa Fe as her hometown in 1972 after growing up and being educated
in Kansas. For over twenty-five years she owned a property management firm, The
Management Group, which specialized in luxury vacation rentals. Her property
management firm hired over twenty five staff members and independent contractors
and the firm managed 200 properties for homeowners. Janet was a innovator of the
vacation rental market giving guests the opportunity to enjoy their Santa Fe experience
by staying in beautiful homes and experiencing exceptional service. She created a
maintenance arm to the business with knowledge of construction and systems in
properties which has proven to be an asset in her real estate sales business.
In her
early career, she was an escrow officer and VP of a title company in Santa Fe and
